If they did do it, I would imagine them choosing a select number of fan favourites to put on the roster like with Pokken.

just divide them back into the different stuff, like how there's red and blue, black and white, X and Y, etc.

The thing with that is Odyssey came out, and that's Nintendo's big 3D Mario. If Galaxy 3 were to be a thing it wouldn't be for a long time.

But imagine, combining elements of Odyssey into a Galaxy game
That would be completely amazing
