i had a concept for a game for this that i didn't end up having time to finish, i called it “evolveta” and it's basically an experimental puzzle game where each level involves complexifying or increasing a parameter in some object (therefore ‘evolving’ it). just putting this out there for anyone that may have any comments on the idea
