Thank you voters for participating, as we have reached eight votes in total. This is lower than I would have expected, but that does not mean that those votes do not matter. Your votes have helped create a voice for change in the USS, and to help these two users earn their leading positions democratically.

I thank GrahamSH and his running mate for being competition, and for running the second time in a row. I apologize for another loss, but hopefully you will compete once more in the third USS election next month.

Although we just had an election, it is important to note that this election is to make up for a missed election for January, five months ago, and that this was originally intended to end a month ago (but inactivity and a draw delayed this from occurring.)

TLP and 78ch3 were technically Acting President and Vice President, and after their oath is taken, they will become official President and Vice President. Secretary jromagnoli could have became VP and Chief Justice hellounicorns2 as Secretary, but they denied such promotions.

We shall begin to plan the future for the USS, both in and out of these new individuals' terms. Included in that discussion shall be the date of the next election (preferably in the Friday, June 1, to the Friday, June 22, 2018 window), shop moderation, activity assurance, and how to better serve our members.
