Pros (good things)
The pictures were drawn better than I could in scratch. The effects like the bobbing up and down and the head size changing make it better.
Cons (things that need to be improved)
The animation was good, but could be a little more smooth and you may want to use a different painting program. (I would recommend using Sketch.io, but you do not have to. I know you said this, but you may have to change the timing.
