50+ Project Ideas!
If you use weapons for #46 (no blood or injuries, just enemies disappearing), would that be considered violence? My project ideas, enjoy and add yours in the comments.
1. Animate your name.
2. Ping pong.
3. Make your sprite dance.
4. Recreate a popular game, piece of music or film/TV show.
5. Do an art dump. (Take photos of your real life art and download to your computer then use them as sprites or backdrops or you could draw on scratch but just make sure you write what you have created on it so then people can fully understand your work)
6. Write your own story.
7. Create a tutorial to help other Scratchers.
8. Remix a project, it will help their project not only get popular but it might help them see how to improve in the future. (You should ask to remix though if it does not have “remix” in the title or have any mention of what do to if you want to remix in the notes and credits)
9. Make a collage of all the things you love.
10. Create a project never seen before on Scratch, so long as it is suitable for all ages.
11. Collaborate with other Scratchers. (This helps if you aren't so good at something, like I'm not good at art)
12. Make a project that allows users with a webcam to use their body to play.
13. Inform other users about something you enjoy.
14. A comedy sketch to make people laugh but make it child-friendly and not offensive to anyone or anything.
15. A simulation of anything you like which could even teach people about that particular thing.
16. Support a charity by making a project about them to raise awareness, just don't force users to donate.
17. Make your own music using the Scratch music tool.
18. Make a film, you could even get voice actors by using the record tool available on Scratch.
19. An arcade with some cool games in it that could use a token system if you like.
20. A project telling people important data like the time and date for example.
21. A project allowing people to create their own music, game, story or art in the project.
22. Let people get to know you by making a project about you but don't include anything personal or something that you wouldn't want anyone to know. Ask an adult if you're unsure whether to share it or not.
23. A newsletter informing people what's happening on Scratch and around the world.
24. A project advertising your friend's project. Help them like you would want someone to help you.
25. A chat bot.
26. A quiz.
27. Thank people.
28. A greeting card.
29. Trade work with other people.
30. A how to project.
31. Make a meme for LOLs.
32. Open a contest.
33. A platformer game.
34. A building tool.
35. Tycoon game.
36. Amazing facts.
37. Explore real life concepts by trying to create a force such as gravity.
38. Create a tool for people to use.
39. Make a computer simulator. (I know I already mentioned simulations but this one deserves a shout-out!)
40. Announce any changes that you might have made to your account, just don't let them know your new password.
41. History themed project.
42. Try to predict the future.
43. Make a project to help you or others with school.
44. Make a project for people to remix.
45. Fan fiction.
46. An adventure game. Note that if it has violence it can't be featured though.
47. A city creator.
48. Make a music video.
49. Tell your best jokes.
50. A project containing project ideas!
Hope this helped.
