From what I've heard it's not all that good and neither was the book. Thing's full of more cameos than foodfight.

It's about this game that has a hidden Easter egg (That's actually a literal glowing egg), protected by 3 keys, and whoever gets the keys and finds the egg first gets half a trillion dollars (Roughly $500,000,000,000 I think) and control over the video-game.

Eh. I mean, it was okay, but kinda cliche? One of the main shortcomings, at least for me was that it kinda seemed like they made the villain not villain-y enough “Hey, IOI is bad.” Why? “ ‘Cuz they make people work to pay off debts.” But… isn’t that how debts kinda work? “And a character's dad died ‘cuz he got sick and didn’t have the cash to go to the hospital.” But that's jut poor financial pla- “IOI IS BAD. I mean, I saw a section of the book someone posted where the writer pretty much just puts “and then I took out all these guys and it was so cool it was like I was in bladerunner or something” to describe a fight scene (not the exact wording but I know the bladerunner part was definitely there, you don't forget something like that easily), but then again they could've just picked out one of the worst parts to get a quick laugh.
