Palindrome Week!

This phenomenon should be called a “flip week”, since a palindrome can be reversed and still be the same.

Here is a list of times a palindrome week occur from 2010 to 2020.
  • 2010 and 2011 do not have a flip week
  • The second full week of February 2012
  • The second full week of March in 2013
  • The second full week of April in 2014
  • The second full week of May in 2015
  • The second full week of June in 2016
  • 2017 does not have a flip week.
  • The second full week of August in 2018
  • 2019 and 2020 do not have a flip week.

Interesting Patterns from 2010 to 2020:
  • A flip week only occurs on the second full week of a month.
  • The first day of the month must fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday for a flip week to occur.

If it's about palindromes, why call it something else? It's not that hard to say palindrome instead of flip.

Like I said, a palindrome can be reversed(what I mean by flip) and still be the same.

That's kind of the point of palindromes.

Here are some I came up with.
Nor I for a bar of iron.
He, Hardy, has a Hydra. Heh.
Eva, can it be done? No debt in a cave.
Dairy maro for a myriad.
Hat unites, set in Utah.
I'm a racecar, a racecar am I! (Someone may have already made that one.)
Signing? Is any myna signing?
“Deer gain a pan”, I agreed.
Did ewes oppose? We did.
Sore DNA, Eros' Oreo zaps a spa, Zoe's ore, and Eros. (This one is confusing-ish.)
Ya! Sit in it, I say!
“O, los dias son anos,” said Solo. (“O, the days are years,” in Spanish. I couldn't include the special diacritics.)

Mine is aibohphobia, the fear of palindromes, which is ironic because it is a palindrome.
I think the fear of long words is called “hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia”. xD
