I like doing prequel material. As a theorist, one of the things that bugs me are when authors start mysteries at the beginning of the series that never really get explained. Is there a mysterious event in Pyrrhian history we can link this to? Or can we have the event we're writing do something that makes Pyrrhia the way it is today?

Sounds cool. So, if you've read Revival, you know what I like to think the Scorching is, but I'm all up for writing a different interpretation of it. However, it is canon that Scorching is a human/dragon war.
