Yeah, to get other people's thoughts on this would be nice.

Go ahead and report those if they have any kind of extreme violence (blood, dismemberment, etc.) or they involve a real person as the target. There may be other reasons to consider reporting, even if neither of those elements are present, such as if they target a specific section of the community.

Scratches and a small amount of blood should be ok, But if it's literally blood POURING, no. And if you see any of them with real people (i.e. Donald Trump) or Scratchers, report them.

That's a much different situation. The same guidelines about level of violence depicted apply, but there's less worry about someone being the target. Report it if you think its questionable, of course.
