This has something to do with inspecting the tips page, typing something random into the element called iframe, and then the attribute src is where you type the random thing and then you go into a 404 page in the tips bar, and then clicking create on the navigation bar, and then the tips bar in the project you are viewing is another project, and then it keeps repeating and repeating.

You're welcome, I typed that just because mobile users probably cannot view projects, so I decided it would be easier
