So uh… This post is coming from https://uploads.scratch.mit.edu/discuss/. And it works??? Differences include this and this, but otherwise it works the same as the normal Scratch website! What?!

My browser / operating system: Windows 8.1, Chrome 65.0.3325.181, Flash 29.0 (release 0)

That's really weird….Maybe the uploads website is a beta of Scratch 2.0 and 3.0? I don't know. A scratch Team member should really reply to this bug.

I'm not sure this is a bug. It seems that the two webservers point, at least partially to the same files. This can happen when two instances of apache are run on the same server and their homedir is configured with similar paths. I think as long as it does not stop scratch.mit.edu from working it does not need a fix IMO.

well, this is a time when the small text in my signature is especially true - this post is brought to you by this bug and the preview links bug.

Posting with it now
This is really strange. How did you find it?

EDIT: Try making a project with it
It shows no username, share button, or see outside!
You can also go to your profile, but clicking Scratch didn't seem to work

I was looking for the URL to my profile pic and idly tried the path to griffpatch's profile (not pic), and was surprised to see it work.

And for already-existing projects, see inside doesn't work, and although full screen works you can't get out of it…

Yeah, that was one of the main discrepancies I noted in the OP.

hey this is cool.

all my userscripts are gone. its like scratch but clean.

The Scratchteam has been alerted, and an army of Gobos has been dispatched to fix the server. Please try again in a few minutes.

This is so weird! Why would Scratch need two servers?

It's not exactly two servers, it's two addresses pointing to the same place in the filesystem.

(btw it turns out that Scratch uploads use Fastly:

I doubt Paddle would have any better idea than we would, he's a moderator, not a developer. Heck, since he's a moderator he probably already knows about it

I've seen this before when I use view page source and it's for making a link to your icon so that it is able to use it on the website.
