Is it possible for Scratch to make a ^2 block? It would look like this:
((2) [ ^2 v])This would be helpful because people could use that instead of
((2) * (2))

If they say the sky's the limit, then why are there footprints on the moon?

I think it would be better if it was a “powers” block which let you put in a custom number to put powers of numbers.

If you want a block that specifically squares the number:
The workaround is very simple and straightforward, and literally takes less than 5 seconds. No support.
If you want a block that can raise the number to any power, not just to the power of 2:
Full support, but it's a duplicate.
