How do I add a picture to a forum post????

I own a forum shop and have looked at others: they all have their banners on their posts and signatures.
How do you do this????

Please help me!

Go on cubeupload and then upload your picture there. It will show you a link which you need to copy. Then on the forums click the button that looks like this

after that paste the URL from cubeupload into the box that comes up and then you did it.

Actually, any acceptable image host is allowed, although CubeUpload is recommended and widely used.
