What is furry paws?
Furry Paws is an online browser based pet game for raising dogs. You can compete your dogs in races for virtual money, and you can take care of your dogs with the virtual money you get. Once you have enough currency, you can buy more things in the game to train your dogs!

How do I join?
Click here to join! Make sure you put my username on Furry Paws (IRaisePets) as the referral, because I introduced this game to you. Take good care of your dogs, and maybe someday you will be the best player online!

Sounds awesome! I need to ask you something though. Can your dogs die? I need to know before joining because I have a habit about forgetting to look after virtual creatures and I'm really sensitive to virtual deaths.

Okay, I played it and I cannot feed or erm…water…my second dog because I am completely lost on where to buy a food bowl and water bowl. Help!

No, your dogs don't die. They just get really dirty unless you lock them in game (where they can't age, but it puts them at a point where the dogs don't get dirty or hungry, etc)

Do the tutorial! If you aren't good at following instructions or memorizing them, then this probably isn't the game for you.

The tutorial didn't say. It only told me how to look after my first dog, which already had bowls.

Also I figured out where to buy a bowl but I had to go before I could tell you.

It doesn't really matter about the bowls, all what matters is the food, water, toy, and vaccination for your dog's health. (also grooming the dog, too.) The tutorial shows you where to buy the important materials.

Yes, bowls do matter. You can't feed them without any bowls.

I bred a litter of puppies and it says I am allowed to keep 1, reserve 1, and then the rest all go to virtual homes, never to actually exist on the website again. So I bred them and paid fo their vaccines and whatever for nothing. I even got them gene tested too. $1,500 down the drain. Thanks, Furry Paws.

Really? *sigh* You really don't know anything about how the game works! If you just knew how to make your way through the game, you wouldn't have all of these problems! You can find free gene tests and vaccines if you search for them on there, by the way.

I guess you shouldn't continue playing, as you don't know how to play it yourself.

Oh, then I shouldn't play Pokémon Sun and Moon because I don't know much about it?

Wow my account hasn't even existed 2 full days yet and somebody is already telling me to quit because of a tiny mistake

Honestly man, you don't have to be mean and tell me to quit because I make mistakes and need to learn how to do stuff. I imagine you didn't go into the game knowing everything either.

I went into the game knowing exactly what to do after the tutorial. You should know too, because apparently this is your first browser-based game, and browser-based games take a lot of instructions and navigation before you can get anywhere.

If frustrating that you think it's okay to tell people to give up on something and be mean to them just because they aren't as good as you at it. Not only that, but you expect newbies to be absolutely perfect at the game and know everything about it and if they don't you do the above to them.

A) I never said this was my first browser-based game. Don't assume things about people.
B) What part of the tutorial said where to buy bowls and that you can't sell bred puppies to other users?

ok i went back into this thinking “wow i acted like a total jerk” but honestly have read this again i did barely anything wrong especially compared to raspykoo’s reaction some long-forgotten anger has just risen up in me again
