Screenshotting and putting screenshot in project

I have begun to make a project and realized that I need a screenshot of my page to paste into the project. I have been told that the ‘prt sc’ (print screen) button saves the screen to your clipboard, but I don't know how to then use that picture in the slides I am creating! Please help! I would be grateful for any advice and help I receive!
Thank you!

Um, I have a Mac OS X, and I screen shot by pressing these buttons altogether - command, shift, and 3 - it will automatically bring it to my desktop. That is for mac, I don't know what kind of computer you have.

If you go into paint after taking the screenshot, you can paste the image, edit it, then save it. If you press the Windows Key + Print Screen, it will take the screenshot and automatically save it in your Pictures library.
