Would the ST Consider previously Blocked users for FPC?

This is just a question I'd like answered.
Would the Scratch Team Consider Previously Blocked Users to become the next Front Page Curator?
I was blocked (but successfully appealed) last year and I haven't done anything similar to the reason I was blocked since. I'm trying to help the community and make it a better place, and I've applied four times to be FPC already, but everytime I make one, I keep thinking, “Maybe the ST automatically rejects me because I was blocked”?
Does everyone on Scratch-even if they have gotten alerts or blocks-have an equal chance of becoming FPC?

Maybe getting alerts or being banned could decrease your chances, but I don't think that it makes you unable to be chosen…

I'm pretty sure a lot of FPC's, past, present and future, got the browser extensions alert. It could decrease your chances a little, but as long as you aren't getting banned a lot it should be fine

I guess it could depend on what you've done wrong and how many times you've been banned?

I got banned a while ago…
