3 AM is considered the “witching hour”, thus people like to report strange stuff happening during that period, like creepy black animals appearing on Animal Jam. They may be fake, though.

I'm wondering if such things happened here.

It's not often that I'm on Scratch that late, but the few times I have been I haven't noticed anything

I always thought 3 AM was just low effort clickbait material that youtubers use. It's a lot like Herobrine now that I think about it – it started as a creepypasta, then became an inside joke, then a circlejerk, and finally clickbait material.

They're a hoax to get young internet users to click on them. Nothing suspicious happens on Scratch at 3 am because there is no 3 am on scratch. It's a global site, only 1/24 of the world is experiencing 3 am at a given time.

Nothing strange happens at 3 AM. Anywhere. Unless by some strange coincidence; but it doesn't matter. Time's an abstract concept; just because it's 3 in the morning doesn't mean that some crazy stuff will suddenly happen.

Firstly, the thing that causes this would have trouble casting their spells on a website, as it is worldwide so it is always 3AM somewhere. Secondly, this evil thing that happens when you spin a fidget spinner while making slime and playing Minecraft doesn't exist. Thirdly, go to bed.

Since 3 AM is just clickbait material, wouldn't that mean this thread topic is clickbait too?

The only thing I know about 3 AM and Scratch is that in UK (as that's where I am from) time, the “unnd” troll (the one who favourited a bunch of projects with a script and posted offensive words) was going to do something, but they were banned before that could happen.
