sounds suck in scratch because you cannot upload sounds easely like what i have made here

I believe Scratch reduces sound quality for copyright reasons

You can just upload sounds in the sound editor, simple as that.

Can't you just find music online, download it, and upload it onto your project?
Plus, having a block for this sounds like the least efficient way to do it. I'd more imagine a tab on the sound library that says “Browse Internet”. But even then, how should Scratch do that? There's no Google Sounds that Scratch can just use to just open up sound files.

Step 1: Google the sound you're looking for
Step 2: Download the file (preferably as .wav or .mp3)
Step 3: Upload it to Scratch
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit
