PLATFORMERS- Help! Guy jumps over objects

when green flag clicked
forever

if <key [ v] pressed?> then
change [ v] by (0)
end
else
change [ y] by (.25)
end
end

It is something like this.
But if i jump and stuff above me, i climb through.
Hope you understand what i mean…
