we use Scratch at our school and use the PicoBoard.
The Offline Editor does not allow users to connect to the PicoBoard, with Administrator rights it works immediately.
Unfortunately, the program also gives no error message, information or similar.

Interestingly, in the Online Editor with Chorme and the installed Scratch Plugin a normal user has no access to the PicoBoard too.
Also under Microsoft Edge no access, but with Microsoft Internet Explorer the normal user can install the Browser Plugin and has instand access to the PicoBoard.

Can someone tell me why this is?
Priority is to run the Offline Editor with the PicoBoard as a normal User. But it would be nice to run it with the PicoBoard under Chrome with the Online-Editor too.
