Scratch Tutorials: A Studio
What Is Scratch Tutorials?
This is a post about a new studio that I, Scratch-Tutor am Creating! It is a studio for holding Tutorials. The studios purpose is the help new and old scratchers alike, we all know the feeling when we want to make a project, but don't quite know how, or are blank of ideas. A glance at the studio and your ideas will be replenished and you can search for the tutorial you are looking for! This Studio will help where other studios have not before. Every tutorial studio before has been forgotten or replaced, not this one! It will be my personal duty to keep this studio alive and to continually renew the studio.
What's it's Purpose?
Our purpose is to help Scratchers who are having trouble coming up with an idea or need help doing something. Scratchers are encouraged to ask a question in the Comment page if they cannot find the tutorial they are looking for. Scratchers not in need of a tutorial can still help other scratchers in chat without being a curator, and if they have a question not covered in a tutorial, request the tutorial made or just ask it in the comment. The Studio is meant to help everyone!
How Can I Help
You can help by answering Scratchers questions, following the Studio, giving constructive criticism of the tutorials. And if you want to help when Curators are needed you can apply with the Application below. If you help more you will be more likely to be a curator, be friendly. And even help guide the other Scratchers in the studio. If you want to show others put the link to the studio on your profile or signature (:
Projects Allowed
The projects allowed in this studio are Tutorials, the tutorial can be anything from how to use the sound tab in Scratch to how to make a Star Trek the next generation ENT D replica in a scratch Project! As long as the tutorial has something to do with Scratch and can teach a Scratcher, how to do something. We accept anything from Extreme to Basic Level. As long as the tutorial is easy to understand and correct! Our curators will go over it and if it is accepted you will hear back within a day of notice. If not you will be notified as soon as the Curator can.
Apply to Curate:
Only a select few can be chosen to curate and you must apply. If the allotted number of curators has been filled, and a curator leaves, a 2 week period of application will held.
