That still doesn't help. You'll still need to track someone's every movement if you want this to be successful. No one wants to take on that role.

This feature is intended to notify you of theft so you can report them, not to replace the report button.

Maybe if it was every time someone shared a project with something from your project in it?
That way, it's kinda harder to spam a specific person since you'd also be spamming all your followers.

Reread the first post please, I made some edits

This would be really helpful in general It's really unfair when someone backpacks, yr art, and post it, someone used my OC and made it look different, bc they were impatient to get there own. It's unfair and there should be a way to known when someone does that, the backpack could be helpful, and s major advantage.

They are being constructive, it's not a necropost.

I think this isn't a good idea, I don't want 347575757 messages flooding my notifications. You can just report any art theft.
