Free art programs?
ok, so basically I am right now hunting for free art programs because I don't have the money to buy expensive programs. So does anyone have any suggestions for any FREE art programs. I use GIMP, inkscape, Microsoft paint, and pixlr but are there any other good ones I should know? One your suggesting one I prefer a art program where its user friendly so I can see all the tools. thanks for your time

If you're willing to shell out some money (or just get it by other means), I recommend iDraw and Pixelmator.

I see that Paint.NET was already mentioned, but I'm gonna mention it again. Paint.NET is just plain awesome.

I've heard SAI Paint is good, but you have to pay for it after the trial runs out.
