I think it should be changed. I perfer this overall. I really thing that it should be the new profile pic for default.

I had support this as far I know because the new one looks simple and fit in for Scratch 2.0 or maybe 3.0
That dated one however look something earlier Scratch Website version.

I have no idea if I've posted on this before but if I have, I think it's been long enough that I can post again.

Absolute support, the current default profile picture doesn't really fit the rest of the website. Especially since we're slowly but surely modernising the website, I think the default profile picture should be somewhere on the list. Not too high, since not many people use it anyway, but for the people who do use it, it would improve the general aesthetic of the website.

Again, this isn't anything urgent but I would like to see it added to an ST “future changes” list of sorts.

Personally, I think the old profile pic looks too washed-out, and I just dislike it in general. I'd like a new one.
