Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD for Wii U

I've made it to the Tower of the Gods. I'm awed by how similar the game is to LOZ OOT.

All Zelda games are pretty much similar in the same ways.
That's why this new one has so much hype, because it's different

Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD for Wii U

I finally got Wind Waker HD for my Wii U!!! I am currently trying to get through the Earth Dungeon. I have a few questions for you other Wind Waker lovers:
1. Did I have to do Earth Dungeon first? Or could I have done the other one??
2. Are the Redeads creepy, or is it just me?
I also feel that this game is incredibly long. I've been playing it since April 22nd and I'm still not done… Talk about long!!

You have to do the Wind Temple first I believe to power up the Master Sword then go to the Earth Temple (which is hard) to power it up to the max. Also Molgerra.
Redeads in this game are by far the creepiest but trust me Ghirahim's Tongue from Skyward Sword is creepier. I mean… JESUS! That's a frog's tongue. Also I you beat the game and then play New Game Plus you get to plus the whole game in Link's Pajamas!

Ah, this game…

Not the best game in my opinion(hated the dungeons unlike everyone else in the world), but it's pretty good, exploring the ocean which is both vast yet small was pretty fun despite there not even being a whole lot.

I haven't finished it yet(probably gets the award for “being closest to beating without actually being beaten” award in my collection of games), but my sister has

I got this game around two or three weeks ago and I'm loving it! I made it to the boss at the Tower of the Gods yesterday.

Wow….. Nice. I'm currently trying to navigate through the part that involves watering seven Deku Tree saplings that are ALL OVER the map…..

Is it….? I'm not sure at this point….. I've heard from two people IRL you need to complete it to get a Triforce shard/map.
*Edit* I DID, however, find the Ghost Ship Map on my first run-through of the puzzle-maze area, so that's a definite plus.

Well, I met one of the Koroks on the way to get the third pearl and he told me that the trees needed water.

It's really frustrating because I haven't found all the saplings yet, and you have to find and water all seven of them in a half hour or start all over…..

I kinda disliked Wind Waker. I think the best part about it is probably the graphics, and sailing. I prefer Majora's Mask or A Link to the Past. (Or Zelda II)

The Darknut in the Tower of the Gods was pretty epic for a miniboss fight. Especially with the last two dungeons having regular enemies for minibosses.

I really love Wind Waker for its adorable art design, awesome characters (especially my precious birdgirl <3), and overall fun gameplay. I loved doing the Temples with Medli and Makar, and I honestly hope we get to do something similar in future games.

There is a sense of charm in next to everything in the game.

That's a side quest to get a piece of heart. If you're having trouble, just look up the locations of the saplings and use the cyclones to get around quickly.

(Also it's really odd how this thread came back after over a year lol)
