Is it possible you could do a thumbnail for an upcoming game (Planned release 11/4)?
It is a feature-rich city builder game. You will be in the credits!

It should be lit up with vibrant colors and not too urban looking. Also, make it look clean and crispy xD
Then, blur it out with a blanket of white (but not too much) if possible.

It would not have to be done in Scratch's editor, but you can do it in the Scratch editor (vector) and compile a Scratch project of all the pictures.
Some of the art would be buildings and decorations that players place. I also need a lot of buttons and GUI stuff. (Most will be blank and I will add text)
Lastly, I need a few backdrops. One of them is the actual plot backround that players place on.

EDIT: More info - The planned release date is 11/4 (It would be good if the art is done a few days before that), I will explain each picture in a private thread or something if you accept, and I would rather have vector images if that's ok. (Instead of bitmaps)

I think I can do it. Another thread would probably be a good idea so it don't bog down my shop. It will all be done in vector, or on my other art program. And I love making buttons. lol. that sounds funny.
