How Do I Advertise a Project?

I have a project contest which is for any Scratchers that are struggling to get their projects seen by other scratchers and I'm having trouble trying to advertise it to scratchers. How could I do this?

Show and Tell is for advertising, but you'll need to bump it, like, every day.

You can add a link to the project in your signature. People would be more likely click on an image, though, so you could try making a banner, if you have time.

Post in the Show and Tell subforum. There are always people over there looking for projects to check out.

If you do the Show and Tell thing, bump it very often (Basically a useless post that brings it to the top of the list).

Add it to some studios. Try not to put it in studios like “Apple Role-play”, put it in studios like “Get your projects noticed”, or “Open Contests”.

I'll add some more later, I can't think very well at the moment. :^p

Bumping means posting on it (usually saying “bump”) to bring it back to the top of the list of topics in a forum. It's to get more attention on your topic.

If your post is not on the front page and it's been at least a day since the last post, you can post a comment (usually just saying “bump”) to bring it up to the front page.

Have them submit there projects to scratch underground instead. I promise you the amount of views they get will be huge

Advertising on other people's profiles is against the CG. You can advertise in the Show and Tell forum. Although nobody visits that forum these days…
