OH MY GOD I WROTE SOMETHING UP BUT IT WAS CLOSED BEFORE I COULD SEND IT
No seriously that is totally depressing I spent a good while on that (I knew I should've copied and pasted it just in case)
EDIT: Like if you want me to prove that I'm right Charles then you can tell me I'll waste another 30 minutes trying to replicate what I originally wrote lol

Support!
I actually made a duplicate (technically a near-duplicate) of this thread by accident, available here. The accident lead to the thread being locked. Now the topic will always say “All support so far” even though there were non-supporters.
I can empathizes with this. By the way, what was the gist of the message you were writing? Also, if you don't want to possibly loose your message, I recommend that you wright your post on your favorite text editor and then post what you wrote.

Basically it was a huge message (like 6 or 7 big paragraphs worth) to explain why I didn't support to put some emphasis on what others were saying lol.
It was pretty bad because that took like 30 minutes

This should also apply to the 60 second timer. Let's say I recently posted something, and I had to wait a minute. It becomes more than a minute that passed by, and so I try to post something, but it says, “Your last past was less than a minute ago. Please wait until the 60 seconds are up to post another thing.” (not actual, just an example)
How am I supposed to know if I really waited more than 1 minute or less than 1 minute?

How am I supposed to know if I really waited more than 1 minute or less than 1 minute?

At the place where it says, “30”, it is actually replaced by 60 seconds, and then it waits a second and decreases the timer. When the timer gets to 0, the popup disappears.

Maybe instead of the alert saying: “You have to wait 60 seconds between posts” or something like that, it could say:You have to wait 60 seconds between posts. 47 seconds left until you can post.

Bumping this before someone necroposts on it.
Semi support because I hate having to press the submit button every second to check if I can post on. But then again, you can do this:
1. Post.
2. Open a new tab and go to the forum you last posted in.
3. Look at the time of when you posted it.
That way you would know when to post again.

Support, however, it might clutter the forums page.Since i'm on a School computer, I can't make a mockup, but what I will do is show you what it would look like.
You have to wait 60 seconds between posts. 30 seconds left until you can post.Just a small change and won't clutter the page at all.

Ah. I was thinking that it would be a box by the side of the screen. That wouldn't be to bad.Support, however, it might clutter the forums page.Since i'm on a School computer, I can't make a mockup, but what I will do is show you what it would look like. You have to wait 60 seconds between posts. 30 seconds left until you can post.Just a small change and won't clutter the page at all.
