!!! Costumes Mysteriously Disappearing !!!

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 60.0.3112.113, Flash 27.0 (release 0)

I am making a platformer. I backpacked Level 7 (which happened to be the vanished costume in this case) and pulled it into another sprite so that I could create the level aesthetics. (Note: I'd created the level itself a couple days ago. It was not a recently created costume, unlike the other time it happened to me.) I finished the aesthetics and saved the project, and exited the editor.

I surfed around on the Scratch website, and came back to my project, playtesting it. Everything seemed fine, until I reached Level 7. THE LEVEL COSTUME HAD VANISHED!!! The aesthetics were still there, but the level itself was GONE. THE ENTIRE SPRITE WAS BLANK. And before you ask, YES. I CLEARLY REMEMBER SAVING THE PROJECT BEFORE I LEFT THE EDITOR.

This bug has happened to me before, once. Same project, that time it was Level 1. The difference was that the bug occurred on the costume I'd created that day. ONCE AGAIN, I HAD TO REDRAW THE LEVEL.

Please excuse the all caps. I'm extremely salty at the moment because I HAD TO COMPLETELY REDESIGN A LEVEL I'D SPENT A LOT OF TIME PERFECTING!!!

Scratch team, please fix this bug. It's really annoying!

Can you share a link to the project? (We likely won't be able to recover your lost work, but I would like to try to look into what happened.)

Has anybody else experienced this glitch? I'm just wondering whether or not this is widespread.

No, I doubt it. Nothing else was out of place, and it happened within the 5 minutes that I left the project.
