I've seen projects that are remixes of front-pages projects that are just advertising. Should I report these?

Well, it's not against the community guidelines, so I'd say no. Unless of course it's advertising an inappropriate project.

Still, No unless you advertise a inappropriate project.

I believe so, as it's unwelcome advertising, which is against the Community Guidelines.

Not if they use some of the scripts in the original project.
