Renaming the show-and-tell forum

Yeah, I once advertised a project there and it only got like 16 views and it only got about 3 views from the show and tell forum.

I disagree. Most Scratchers on Scratch are 12 years old. Thus, ‘Show and Tell’ just doesn't seem professional enough.

The words critique and feedback aren't complicated and it would be best not to make Scratch too babyish. Nobody complains about the “announcements” forum in case a 4 year old doesn't know what announcement means.

No citation, just common sense. Nobody wants to go to Show and Tell if all the users posting there just want views. If they posted there and wanted FEEDBACK, the people who enjoy helping out a lot on the forums may go there and provide feedback on the projects, not just view it.

WANT VIEWS? You think they are just going to want views? Views aren't enough for something to get popular. If it gets liked and it contains good opinions, then it will get popular. Perhaps there should be the word “feedback” in the description?

I remember when I first joined scratch, I didn't care how many loves or favorites a project got. Views were the only thing I was really interested in.
Besides, even if views by themselves aren't enough to motivate other people, views are how you get other types of recognition. You can't get 100 loves on your project if you only have 50 views. Views are really the only way that something can get popular.

NOBODY views the Show And Tell forum these days so there really isn't any point about advertising your project there, since no one's going to see your ad

If it were renamed and given a new purpose (for feedback on projects), it would help gain traffic.
