So I made a semi-offline Tosh for people with Windows here, I didn't make a fully offline version because a) it would take forever and b) my upload is like 1Mb/s and if I included everything it would've exceeded 300 Mbs and took all night
EDIT: It's made for 32 bit, but should work on 64 bit just fine

I have an idea for support for hacked blocks. You could have a special marker that signifies pure json formatting. This could be put in place if the program can't parse the json normally.

I saw. But blob's design philosophy specifically states that he'd rather not allow hacked blocks.I have an idea for support for hacked blocks. You could have a special marker that signifies pure json formatting. This could be put in place if the program can't parse the json normally.(not sure if this was seen)

For making an offline Windows app you could use http://javascriptdotnet.codeplex.com/
This would also allow it to go into the Windows Store I believe (not sure about it though)
