Feature where you can revert back to old Scratch style

Also another reason why I want the old one back is that this one is extremely buggy. On the older part of the site it has my actual messages count but on the messages page sometimes it still says that there is something new.
And why is this a reason to have the old page back? Shouldn't the ST just fix the glitch here? It'd be kinda awkward to update the page and revert it a few days after.
yeah. That changes nothing, actually. Good point. You shouldn't always abandon something because there are problems with it. Just fix it and it's good.

That would also be good, but they should also make it easier to see new messages, have the box on the side, and smaller text.

Do you even know what a site from 1990s looks like? Let's take a Google Search.

I don't think that a website from that time is comparable to Scratch. Heck, it doesn't even compare to what the websites look like today with all that clutter and somewhat complicated structure.

And do we really want to stay in the past here in this case? It doesn't make sense to me that we are scared of a website changing… Like, what's the point in that??? This is new, and things that are new sometimes have flaws. Give them time to work it out.
I was joking about the 1998 thing, I know what 1998 websites look like, it just reminds me of one.

True, but I think that they shouldn't release features too early and too buggy: they should have Scratchers test it out first. This could be in the Account settings: you could try testing new features out by pressing a button.

If you don't hate the new page but instead don't like specific elements, then suggest tweaks, instead of a way to roll it back.

Pretty sure someone is already developing a userstyle or something for that purpose.
I don't think this should be added because no other site has this feature, and you'll just get used to it. I loved the new messages page, I think it looks nicer, but it's not as practical and productive as the older one.

If someone is developing it, it might be in a chrome extension or something like that, and you can't even share suggestions.

rejected?

2.3 Set the editor to look like older versions of Scratch
Some users prefer the look and feel of the older Scratch editors, and have suggested an option to make the editor look like an older version of Scratch (such as Scratch 1.4 or 2.0), but still run off of HTML5 like Scratch 3.0 does. However, this would be more complicated for educational and documentation purposes. It could be confusing if someone is trying to learn Scratch from someone who is using a completely different layout of the editor than them. In addition, the Scratch Team changed the design for a reason: to make it easier, more intuitive, and friendlier for newcomers to use.

True, however that’s only for the editor.
