Projects fail to load

When I try to enter scratch, my web browser says that the website closed the connection. If I reload it, it still doesn't work. The only way I can get in is by pressing ctrl +R over and over and over again. Once I am in, it works fine. however, none of the projects will EVER load. is it my browser? is it my computer? I see other people's activity, and I assume this problem is probably unique. Has anyone else had this problem???

IF, the website loads, (which it almost never does, it took me a week of trying to get in just to see if you replied

) It fails to load pictures, messages, and other things. But with the projects, it would say: “the project has failed to load, and the scratch team has been notified”

I can't send you Emails. This is the only way I can contact you. I'm really sorry if I sound rude, I'm not trying to be, but if you can't be any help could you at least give me your best geuss at what the problem may be? Or let me speak with someone who can?
