Probably not.

I think the point of innuendo is that those who do not understand are not affected, and those who do can have a quiet chuckle. However, I think that parents want assurance that Scratch is a safe, kid-friendly site that they're kids can run free on without supervision. While this is not completely true (just look at all the Undertale projects, for starters) I think that we must try our best to make it what it should be. So therefore, I think that you should not, for the sake of the more protective parents out there, include it. *mic drop*
