Popularity isn't the goal in Scratch; it's how to learn to code, how to become great at making games, and how to have as much fun as possible.

If you'd like some more views though, I'd recommend that you put much more content into your projects, advertise a bit in the forums, and do some experimentations (so that you can make your games better). In some time, you should be getting a good amount of views.

How do I get my projects to become popular?

A very useful page on the Scratch Wiki.

Make lots of complicated projects or remix them. I find they often get so many more views than any other projects.
