Support,Yeah. If you're linked to a page like this, you can report it though.

that seems a bit too scary to some, especially if you're linked to a very kid friendly website like Nick.com

That seems better, maybe it should say
“Never submit any personal information without your parents permission.”
and [continue to (link)

Should I try making a mockup? I think I might need to.

Mockup 2.0 loading 100%?I like this mockup. I agree with the removal of some exclamation marks, but here's my input:
EDIT: maybe too many exclamation points there…
- Keep “See ya!” graphic altogether. The font and the image is paired perfectly.
- Change the main text to “The site ahead is not part of Scratch! Remember to stay safe and has content not controlled by Scratch!”
- “Continue” should be a blue button (that looks similar to all “follow” buttons.) In addition, the exclamation should be removed.
- “Back to Scratch!” should be a standard link or a grey button (that looks like pressed “follow” buttons.) I'm neutral on the exclamation being removed.
Another thing I'm neutral on is either adding emphasis on leaving Scratch or staying on Scratch. In that case, reverse the color ideas for the last two notes.
Mockup.I added an image of the post to the quote, but it's too small.

I like this approach, but it feels a bit cluttered/a lot of wording. I think Scratch should keep the “report harmful link” button/concept.
I'll make a mockup of my ideas soon, but I ask Auroura_Wolf (or anyone) to make a transparent version of her “See ya!” Scratch Cat design for me to implement in my mockup. (Kind of like cutting the Scratch Cat out of the image, removing all blue - excluding the shadow.)

There's also Steam which tells you not to enter your password on any site that isn't Steam:

Here it is slightly Scratch-ified:

Obviously it would be a different colour scheme and other stuff but I just like the “Dont enter ur pass” part

I really like it.
EDIT: maybe too many exclamation points there…
So,i think… semi-support,because someone can link to a virus website and the one that is playing the game doesn't know this, even clicking “continue to that website”.

I think this may not be a good idea. It's better than just allowing all links, but what if someone posts a bad link pretending to be something else?

I think this may not be a good idea. It's better than just allowing all links, but what if someone posts a bad link pretending to be something else? What do you mean by this? If someone posts a bad link, then it can be reported. Didn't I state that in the OP..?
