Hey, 30 minutes ago I saw the discuss button was back, but now its gone. Did anyone else have this happen to them?

Hi! The discuss button is in the bottom of the screen under Community.

I know, the Scratch Team put it there in a recent update. Ok, heres what happened. I saw that Scratch was down for an update, then an hour later it is done and I see the Discuss button is back on top next to the tips. Then 30 minutes later its gone, why is that !?!

Are you sure you didn't mis-see it? I suppose you didn't manage to get a screenshot, did you? Also, you may have been on the Wiki for some reason…

I know I wasn't on the wiki and I not a screenshot. maybe it was just a glitch. man, I was really hoping the discuss button was back

The discuss button is gone

You can still find the link to the discussion forums in the footer, or go to the Scratch Wiki and it will be there, I think. Or just type in scratch.mit.edu/discuss.

There is away but you need

> Firefox or Chrome (Latest version at least)
> www.ison.ga

1. Install isOnline
2. Go to @DiscussButton
3. Press Enable

If you don't see the button:

1. You may not have isOnline. Get it at: www.ison.ga
2. Your isOnline may not have updated to the new version yet. Just wait It shouldn't take long.

I'm pretty sure the link in the footer always existed, and that the recent change concerning the navigation bar's button removal added emphasis to the footer link.

Likely during the downtime, the Scratch Team hesitated about re-adding it, or a glitch happened, but either way, it's not back.

I don't know what happened.

They're aware that the Discuss button is gone, but they think they saw it for a short moment earlier.

Sadly the discuss button was removed you can still find it at the footer though
Maybe you were in the wiki? The buttons still there
