You said that you have to said 30 seconds between comment posting if we are New Scratchers. From personal experience, it's actually 2-3 minutes.

It may seem like 2-3 min, but that likely isn’t the case. Unless there is a bug, it is 30 seconds.

I know that’s how it is in forum posting, but commenting? It could seem like 2-3 minutes.
