Akinator, the Web Genius
Akinator is a Twenty Questions style webgame that can guess just about any character you can think of.
Mario? He can guess him.
Naruto? Him, too.
Tracer? Most likely.
A Space Invader? Sure.
That gold thing on his hat? Why not?
Akinator runs on a database of characters that is constantly being updated by those who play. If you win, he takes your answers to his questions and combines them with what he already knows to get even better at guessing them. And if you do manage to beat him (try obscure characters), you can tell him who you were thinking of, and they'll be added to his database. Bottom line, he can guess any character he didn't initially know in three complete runs or less (assuming you continue after he fails his initial guesses).

Just remember, you will need to stop eventually. It might be getting dark out by the time you stop. Did you miss dinner?
Warning: Unfortunately, due to the nature of Akinator, being user generated, there are some characters and a handful of questions that could be deemed Not Safe For Scratch. These can be easily avoided by putting your age at the beginning of the game as under the age of minority (typically 18). The information is solely used to tip the game off and will make it avoid these characters and questions completely; if you attempt to, or somehow cause Akinator to draw the conclusion that you're thinking of a Not Safe For Scratch character, he'll actually call you out on it, and you'll need to restart. The site's Terms and Conditions directly states…

I stumped him second try. I can't believe they didn't know Ayame from puzzles and dragons Z. Well I'm going to try other Puzzles and dragons Z characters now.

you should add a warning that inappropriate questions may appear

Good idea. The site's terms and conditions does state that inputting your actual age (it's not collected, I don't think) will gut most questions that could be deemed NSFS. you should add a warning that inappropriate questions may appear
I put that in them main post, forgot all about that. Thanks!

I've added a few characters to Akinator over the last few years. I wish there was some editorial oversight though as the wording on many of the questions is terrible. Also the catch-all characters infuriate me (“Your Own Character”, for example).

I've played probably about 5-7 times in my whole life XD, I have a hard time thinking of things to choose for it I've added a few characters to Akinator over the last few years. The catchalls are stupid and I say ‘Nah.’ regardless, even if it does fall into the catch all. I've added a few characters to Akinator over the last few years. Nice try, Akinator.

An IRL friend had recommended this game to me a while back, and I didn't think that it would work this well! And, wow… I remember the first time I played this game (this was a while back as well, like, last year or so), and I was amazed at how quickly and easily Akinator knew what I was thinking of! It was just awesome!!!!
You know, I haven't played Akinator in a while. Maybe I will sometime soon!

lol ofc because you're obviously SFS, so the opposite would be NSFS. I tried answering the opposite of me, but after like 10 questions it said “I believe this is not suitable for young people” XD
Oh, I beat him again, trying to get him to guess the Mercy button from Undertale's battle screen.
Didn't know it, but it knew a random chair in the map…
seems legit
