Since trying something out on Scratch, Scratch has gone a bit weird not doing the usual things that you find on the program that you download. For example, when you save your work the save dialog window doesn't appear in the centre it appears at the top right. This has gone even further and a quarter of the window has gone upwards (where the ‘Share button is). I have tried reinstalling the program but it doesn’t work. This is very important because it means you can't access other Scratch projects and can't upload. This is for homework and it is due in at the end of March. Please reply ASAP.

You can try using the online editor or using the 2.0 offline editor. Just save what you have and import it into 2.0.

If you use the Scratch 2.0 online editor, while you're logged in, there should be a share button in the top right corner, if it's not shared already.
