Just wondering though, what if the person makes it very clear that it was only a sarcastic remark and actually answers the question though, like this;

Yes, that would be spamming.

However, the user only does this occasionally (because I think that answering with sarcasm to every serious question is kinda rude honestly).

Still flag. There's no point in giving a sarcastic answer when the question can be answered directly.
