Yes, you should flag them. After all, a smart aleck isn't a nice person by definition, and so a smart aleck answer would be automatically a violation of the Community Guidelines.And if they put a smart aleck-y answer, clearly make it sarcastic, and then put the real answer after, I'd assume it's fine?

That would not be spamming because there is no user named JHowever, the user only does this occasionally (because I think that answering with sarcasm to every serious question is kinda rude honestly).
