I think it's a very good idea to add color codes (#0000) This way you can get a specific color easier without hours of trying to find it.
This will make it easier to use color pallets etc.

That's actually a good idea. Support, though, I think you mean the hex code: #f0f0f0 (has 6 symbols not 4 fyi)

Just remember, people:
set pen color to (join [0x] (hex code without hash :: grey))

The thing is i work with color pallets pre-made and it's a dead pain to find the exact colors i need lol

It won't work at all it will just pick another color lol and how would i select it in sprite editor lol

Reject. As kenny2scratch said, you can already do that in Scratch.A more accurate statement would be "You can already do that with pen."
I support for adding this feature wherever picking a color would be there.

I found a solution use my project
this one
And fill in your color code
After that click on see inside
Then right click the stage and click save stage
Then upload the image and then use color picker to pick the color!
