So semi-support. I like the idea but I wouldn't care if this wasn't added.
Also; there should be a few restrictions to these:
-Can't land on deleted accounts
-Can't land on banned users
-Can't land on unshared/deleted/removed projects
-Can't land on removed studios

It uses Scratch's API to find shared projects. This logic should probably apply to users and studios too.

EDIT: Decided to look up in the wiki. Apparently you can't find shared studios or users?

This seems pretty cool: give more attention to less-known Scratchers who might have good projects, and also if you're bored.
My question is: how would it look (what would the buttons be like)?

-1 I don't think anybody would use this because you would find
Spam Accounts and AE studios
People who JUST joined and haven't made anything
Same reason people don't look at recently shared

The only people who would use this would be Follow all Accounts

Here is a concept of it. There could be a category button called “Random”. It loads a list of random projects.

Or it will just lead you to a random project itself, if that is what you are suggesting.

2: Just two buttons located at the homepage.
Either way, they wouldn't show you in advance. You would be blind. That would help the “judge a book by it's cover” thing a bit more.

Half-support.
It could take you to just a copied project, or, like, someone's first project that is just the cat.
There are a lot of studios on Scratch, so I don't really know.

Nobody would ever be able to know what the Random button would do in the homepage, causing suggestions of removing the button appear with reasons saying, “At first I didn't know what the button does and I was scared, Support”.

If users were actually searching for projects, this setup in Explore would work in-case they have no idea on what to find.
