I would suggest using a system similar to that. Also, here was my member application form:

To become a member fill out this simple form. If you want a job that doesn't exist in this shop then in the “What job you want” section of the form tell me it's not a job yet and you'll get to work in that job and I'll add it to the services list if the job is accepted!

How The System Works

If you are accepted, you'll NEED to know how our order system works. When you go to the first post you'll see that in the unfinished orders sections some orders are blue and some are red.

If the order is blue then a member has said they will do the order and is working on it.

If the order is red then nobody is working on the order.

So, every time you check the shop for orders, just look in the unfinished orders section of the first post for any orders that are red. Then find where they ordered and tell them that you'll do it.

Oh look! There's a red scripting order in the unfinished orders section! Scripters, go take the order!
