In case you didn't know, Phosphorus is a program that is intended to play Scratch projects without using Flash. It can also reduce lag. However, I would suggest using the modified version, Sulfurous Player.

Well, there are “operating systems” on Scratch that have been proven to work on mobile if played in Phosphorus. If we study the code of those, then we might actually be able to implement it.
