I did a project for a competition in Scratch2. Now, contest organizers require version 1.4. How can I change my project? I didn't use clone.

You'll need to look in the advanced forum, a user called Blob8108 has a python utility called Kurt which will convert an sb2 project to sb as long as it doesn't use any new 2 features that 1.4 doesn't have.
