Just because it can be used for this reason, doesn't mean it should be banned.
Same with the emoji.
Just because it can be used disrepectfully doesn't mean it should be banned.
If it's being used disrepectfully, report it. Simple as that.
Any word can be disrespectful when used in the right way, does that mean all word-based communication should be banned? No.
It just means when words are used disrespectfully, you report them.

I have never said that the should be removed because there is NO way it can be used properly. I HAVE said the vast majority of its use is inappropriate.

What's the real difference? The angry, spammy, somewhat inappropriate comments that this emoji can be used for are going to be exactly the same, just without a little face on the end. It's not going to matter.
