My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 59.0.3071.115, Flash 26.0 (release 0)

I'm not sure if this belongs here, but I didn't know where else to put it, so let me know if this is in the wrong place.

For some reason, my Wacom won't work in the Scratch Editor. For instance, today I opened up the scratch editor, switched to vector in the art editor, and was able to draw using the pencil tool for a few seconds, then it stopped working. The mouse pointer was still working, but the pencil tool wasn't, and I couldn't even click on any other tool until I clicked on another tool with the actual mouse.

This is pretty annoying, because I can't draw anything with my drawing tablet in the scratch editor.

I have also encountered this in the past.

Does anyone know of any way to fix this?

But I'd like to be able to draw in Scratch as well. That doesn't fix the problem.

This is a glitch with Windows computers, not the drawing tablet. For some reason, Windows 10 doesn't like drawing tablets using the flash player in Google Chrome and treats it with weird behaviors. It's likely the result of the pen-specific functionalities built into Windows. Microsoft Edge works with drawing tablets though.
