Hello! I'm yzyzyz, and recently I discovered there wasn't an Questions about scratch directory. I think that could be very useful to people, and could help to not make duplicates or nercopost stuff.
You can suggest questions for me to add.

notes:
If you want to search a question in this directory, press Ctrl+F. Ctrl+F opens up a search box that highlights anything that matches the input.
Remember, Answers to questions can change with time, so you can make a new thread and get fresh answers. also, don't post in old posts that have already been resolved.

This seems like it would be an incredibly long list.

Maybe sort it in alphabetical order, or in a different way, by “group” (website questions, program questions, questions about rules / regulations, etc.)?
